Who is responsible for your information?

What information is collected?
When you complete the coaching fit check, I collect your name, email address, optional mobile number or Instagram username, and the answers you provide about your goals, preferred support, training location and current challenges.
How is it used?
I use this information to review your enquiry, recommend a suitable coaching option, respond to you and keep a basic record of our conversation. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a coaching agreement and for my legitimate interest in managing genuine coaching enquiries.
Who receives it?
Enquiries are processed through Formspree and may also be handled by the services used to host this website and deliver email. These providers only receive the information needed to provide their services. Formspree may process information in the United States and other countries using the safeguards described in its privacy policy.
I do not sell or rent your information.
How long is it kept?
If you do not become a client, your enquiry information will be kept for no longer than 12 months and will then be deleted. If you become a client, relevant information may be kept for longer where necessary to provide coaching or meet legal, accounting or safeguarding obligations.
Marketing
Your fit-check details will not be added to a marketing list or used for unrelated marketing without your separate permission.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict how it is used, or object to its use. Email charlierecorecoaching@gmail.com to make a request.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you become a client
This notice covers initial website enquiries. If coaching requires health information, injury details, measurements or progress photographs, you will be given further privacy information and asked for any additional consent that is required.
